This canvas isn’t just paint.
It’s a portal — a space where I unlearned the lies I was raised with.
Today, I sat down to create with one powerful intention:
To release the beliefs that were never truly mine.
The ones that told me I had to be small.
That I couldn’t trust myself.
That art was a hobby — not a healing.
That I had to earn love, earn rest, earn joy.
I poured it all out.
I didn’t write in a journal this time.
I wrote directly on the canvas — every limiting thought, every inherited story, every invisible chain that’s lived in my body for years.
Then came the lines — neurographic and alive, like lightning bolts of liberation running through the lies.
And finally, I brought color in… not just to cover it up, but to transform it.
What I Discovered:
This wasn’t just a release.
This was a return — to my power, my voice, my truth.
I’m no longer tied to the programming of the past.
I don’t need to live inside old systems.
I don’t need to be polite about breaking the chains.
I am the architect of my path.
I am the artist of my healing.
And with every brushstroke, I am declaring:
“This is MY truth now.”
I Am the Alchemist
I don’t just paint what I see —
I paint what I feel.
I paint what I’ve carried in silence.
And I paint to set it free.
This is my alchemy.
Pain into power.
Story into color.
Chains into light.
