🛡️ Protective Prayer: “This Body Is My Temple”
Divine Creator, Source of Light, Spirit that sees all—
Wrap me now in sacred protection.
I claim my body as holy ground.
No one may enter through guilt, fantasy, or manipulation.
No voice but my own echoes here.
No hand but mine tends to this temple.
I call back every part of me I gave away in confusion,
every soft yes I whispered from fear,
every time I was touched but not cherished.
I break the spell of longing with truth.
I break the tie of craving with clarity.
I break the cord of fantasy with fire.
Let no memory disguise itself as destiny.
Let no hunger masquerade as love.
I am shielded. I am sealed. I am sovereign.
Let all who cannot honor me be removed from my field.
Let my silence be thunder to those who try to trespass.
From this day forward, I walk in peace, protected and whole.
What is mine will come with truth, tenderness, and reverence.
What is not mine cannot follow me into my becoming.
