Today has been nothing short of magical. I arrived at the Art of Living Retreat Center, where I’ll be staying until Friday afternoon, and already I feel like my soul is being nourished in ways I didn’t even realize I needed.
This morning, I joined my very first session with the galactic cosmic group I had signed up for — and it was beyond my expectations. The experience was powerful, filled with connection, guidance, and deep presence. I even received energetic healing, something I hadn’t anticipated but deeply welcomed. I could feel the shifts moving through my body, a gentle but profound reminder that energy knows exactly where to flow when we surrender to it.
I was paired with D, a nurturing and healing soul who immediately felt like a safe presence. She and her friends welcomed me warmly, and I felt embraced by kindness. By evening, we gathered again for another expansive session that left me feeling open, light, and deeply aligned with Source, the Divine, my Higher Self, and the collective beings guiding me. This retreat is already proving to be the reset I’ve been craving — a return to trust, clarity, and divine connection.
In the afternoon, I stepped into something more grounding: a clay class in the studio. With my hands in the cool earth, I created a Lotus candle holder, carefully shaping and pressing patterns into each petal. At the center, I placed the sacred Om symbol — a vibration of wholeness, a reminder that all things begin and end in divine.
As I worked the clay, it felt meditative, like molding intention into form. The lotus, born from mud yet blooming toward the light, mirrored my own journey — rising, opening, and carrying within me the flame of spirit. When I place a candle at its heart, I know it will glow with the energy of this sacred moment, reminding me to keep my inner fire alive.

Tonight, as I sit with all that unfolded, I feel grateful beyond words. This day has given me both expansion and grounding — cosmic healing for my spirit, earthy creation for my hands, a labyrinth for my feet, and a deep reconnection to the earth beneath me. I came here seeking renewal, and already, I feel myself blooming.
