Today felt like a blessing wrapped in everyday magic.
Mila came into my room and asked if I wanted to go to the mall. We’d been talking about computers for my new business, and it turned into the sweetest exchange—she’ll get the MacBook she’s been dreaming of, and I’ll take her HP so I can stay with what feels familiar. She’s happy, I’m happy, and we both walked away with exactly what we wanted.
At the mall I treated myself, too—new headphones (because music is life) and my very first iPad.
Tomorrow I’ll pick up the Apple Pencil and head to a class where I’ll learn to draw digitally with Procreate. A whole new way to play with art is opening for me, and I can feel the excitement buzzing in my fingertips.
After we picked up Mila’s friend, the evening slowed into something even sweeter. Back home, I grabbed a black canvas and markers—no plan, just pure play. I let the colors spill and swirl until a radiant figure emerged, energy streaming from her face like sunlight. Her cheek bloomed with color, a reflection of the joy I felt. I painted like a child again—free, curious, alive.

Tonight, sitting on my patio with Duke beside me, I feel nothing but gratitude. Faith carried me here, and every step—even the hard ones—brought me to this moment of peace and possibility.
🌸 Reflection Prompt for You
When was the last time you felt gratitude something for you in a way that gave you chills? Pause, breathe, and honor that moment. It’s evidence that you are not alone—you are guided and blessed.
