I brought my daughter Milla and her friend Melanie to Wilmington, NC for a week—a little escape that feels like a mini vacation, even though I’ve still been working remotely. But today, I took the day off.
On June 27, 2025. My birthday.🎂 🔆🦋
And this one felt different—peaceful, present, and deeply personal.
It started with the sweetest surprise—Milla and her friend woke up early to bake me a cake and decorate the house. Gold balloons, shimmering streamers, and so much love. I felt wrapped in light and seen in ways I hadn’t in a long time.
And something magical happened today…🦋
While I was walking Duke, I found a 🪶 feather —another sign from Spirit reminding me I’m protected, guided, and exactly where I need to be. That alone filled my heart. ♥️
But then, as I was walking back, a young boy selling sodas stopped me. I told him I didn’t have any money on me, and he smiled and said,
“It’s okay—you don’t need to pay for it.”
He handed me a soda with the sweetest energy.
Curious, I asked how much they were selling for.
He said, “A dollar.”💵
I smiled again and said, “I still don’t have a dollar.”
And he said, “That’s okay—I’ll give you a dollar.”
A soda and a dollar. From a stranger. On my birthday. 🎂
I told him it was my birthday, and he lit up with, “Oh awesome! Happy Birthday!”
And just like that, the Universe reminded me through the kindness of a child:
You are seen. You are supported. You are loved
Later, we went to the waterfront. We walked. We talked. We shopped. I treated myself to some new tarot decks—ones that felt like they had been waiting for me. Dinner was joyful. Easy. Flowing.
Then we headed to the beach.
And in that moment, barefoot with my feet in the sand and my eyes on the waves, I felt God. I felt alignment. I felt the sacredness of choosing peace, choosing presence, choosing me.
We got to the rental and I wasn’t tired—I was lit up. So I stayed up and pulled cards from my new decks, in honor of this birthday and the journey ahead. And oh… the messages were loud and clear.

The Knight of Wands says I’m charging into new territory with passion and confidence. The Emperor and Queen of Wands remind me that I’m building a foundation rooted in power and creativity—divine masculine and feminine in harmony.
💫 The Empress and The Star feel like a blessing from the Universe: “You’re healing, you’re growing, you’re ready.” And the Knight of Swords? He’s a final push—no more delays. Just do it.

It’s a full-circle story.
A shedding of shame. A claiming of truth. A declaration to rise. And I’m doing it all in the light of love—guided by Spirit, rooted in self, and open to receive.
Final Thoughts
Tonight was more than a birthday. It was a rite of passage. A cosmic hug from the Universe. A whisper from my soul:
“You are the muse. Keep going.”
